principal authorities. Addionally, many parish/town council elections
are being fought in tandem with these campaigns, so 1999 is one of our
busiest years. If you are not a candidate this year, please do what you
can to give your nearest campaign a hand. Even if you cannot visit the
locality to help canvass or deliver leaflets, a donation in aid of hard
pressed local fighting funds would be most welcome. Councillors
